Your Private Training Library

Here’s where you’ll find all your exclusive video content — workouts, balance routines, and bonus tips to help you stay strong and steady.

A few simple questions to help you determine where to start:

  1. Can you get up and down from the floor without assistance?

  2. Can you move without any major joint pain?

  3. Can you walk a mile without assistance?

If you answered no to any of these questions and your physician has no objections, start at level 1.

If you answered yes to all questions and your physician has no objections, start at any level.

If you’re not sure where to begin, please email us at strengthwisefit@gmail.com for a questionnaire to help you better determine where to start.
